This story will introduce you to the crew of the SM-3 from the future novel "Macrodiae". These episodes take place long before the ship sets sail. Most of the episodes will begin before the last war is over! Some characters’ stories begin as children, others will begin much closer to the launch. They are just snapshots, but they will let you fall in love with the command that will be responsible for searching out new life and new civilizations. Of course, you may like some better than others...

The first three episodes of "Those Who Serve" are free on Kindle Vella. If you like the episodes, I encourage you to give them a thumbs-up and purchase some tokens to spend on subsequent episodes. Purchasing and spending tokens will allow you to label your favorite stories as your favorites. 

By the end of the story, all the characters will slowly come together as a crew and the beginning of "Macrodiae" will see them launching for the stars!
